This policy explains our position on refunds for Saving Grace Education Group subscriptions. Please read it carefully before you subscribe.
Try before you pay
The first two lessons of every grade are completely free, so you can experience the programme in full before you decide to subscribe. We strongly encourage every family to try the free lessons first to make sure the programme is right for their child.
No-refund policy
Because you are able to try the programme for free before subscribing, and because access to our digital content is granted immediately upon payment, all subscription payments are non-refundable.
Once a subscription payment has been processed, we are unable to offer a refund for that payment, whether the subscription is used in full, in part, or not at all.
Cancelling future payments
While payments already made are non-refundable, you remain in full control of future billing. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent further charges, and you will keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Please see our Cancellation Policy for details.
Billing errors
If you believe you have been charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge — please contact us at info@savinggraceeducation.co.za and we will investigate promptly and put right any genuine billing mistake.
