Saving Grace Education Group respects your family's privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us, in line with South Africa's POPIA.
We collect only the information we need to run the programme — such as a parent's name and email, and a learner's first name and grade — so we can create accounts, deliver lessons and show progress.
We use your information to provide the reading programme, process payments through PayFast, communicate with you about your account, and improve our lessons.
Learner profiles are created and managed by a parent or guardian. We do not sell children's data, and we collect only what is needed to deliver lessons and progress reports.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers (such as our payment processor) as needed to run the service.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
